Our earl grey bolo is a fun twist on a fan favorite while also capturing elements from our Cantonese roots. The crunchy craquelin topping lends a pineapple-like texture atop a traditional bo lo bun from Hong Kong. Despite the name, there are no traces of pineapple (we know, surprise!).
