Green Onion Pancake
Our house cloud bread is our adaptation of the Taiwanese green onion pancake. In Taiwan, the pancake is typically rolled until thin and folded with layers of chopped green onions before being pan-fried until crispy and served fresh at night markets.
At Sunkissed Bread & Bakery, we use our fluffy original focaccia as the base, brushing on green onion infused oil for a shiny finish and generously sprinkling white sesame seeds and sliced green onions from our home garden on top before it gets toasted in the oven.
