The Earl

Our earl grey bolo is a fun twist on a fan favorite while also capturing elements from our Cantonese roots. The crunchy craquelin topping lends a pineapple-like texture atop a traditional bo lo bun from Hong Kong. Despite the name, there are no traces of pineapple (we know, surprise!). Rather, this bun is our classic salt bread with bolo topping infused with hand-picked earl grey tea leaves blended with bergamot oil.

Honey Soy Garlic

This is the trifecta of flavors of sweet, salty, and umami all in one delicious bun. Our classic salt bread dough filled with a honey soy garlic compound butter finished off with garlic and chives is downright addicting.

Green Onion Pancake

Our house cloud bread is our adaptation of the Taiwanese green onion pancake. In Taiwan, the pancake is typically rolled until thin and folded with layers of chopped green onions before being pan-fried until crispy and served fresh at night markets.

At Sunkissed Bread & Bakery, we use our fluffy original focaccia as the base, brushing on green onion infused oil for a shiny finish and generously sprinkling white sesame seeds and sliced green onions from our home garden on top before it gets toasted in the oven.

Perilla Pesto

The Perilla Pesto Potato Cheezy (PPP) Cloud Bread embraces its Italian roots by showcasing the Original Cloud Bread with a little dressing up! Our PPP is topped with crispy coins of thinly shaved potato, while the house made perilla leaf pesto does most of the talking in terms of flavor! Our pesto follows a traditional recipe using an untraditional alternative to basil - perilla leaf!

Perilla leaf, also known as shiso in Japanese, has a distinct, aromatic flavor that’s herbaceous with hints of mint, basil, and anise, taking our pesto to the next level!

Kimchi Tomato

A play on the classic red sauce and cheese pairing, this cloud bread features diced tomatoes, a melty blend of cheeses, sliced kimchi, a generous sprinkle of gochugaru (korean chili flakes) and black pepper.

Hoji Choco

Our take on the traditional chocolate chip cookie is made with dark chocolate chunks mixed into a hojicha infused base and finished with flakes of Maldon salt. Dubbed as “not too sweet” by many, you can’t go wrong with this crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside classic!

Corn Miso

Our miso caramel corn cookie is the trifecta - perfectly balancing sweet, savory, and umami. This fan-favorite features a soft-baked corn cookie base swirled and topped with a silky house-made miso caramel finished with a generous sprinkle of cornflakes and Maldon salt.

Blueberry Swirl

A burst of fruity flavor, our blueberry swirl cookie features a matcha cookie base paired with house made blueberry jam, dried blueberries, and white chocolate chips.

Fruit Tea

The Fruit Tea Rice Krispy is the second flavor to join the Protein Rice Krispy series!
